How do I wash my KOUNK?

• Flip inside out
• Wash whites with whites on hot
• Wash colors with colors on cold
• Hang dry

How long till my KOUNK arrives?

U.S. orders take 1-2 weeks. International orders take 1-6 weeks.

KOUNK restock per se?

Depending on the success of a given design, it will be subject to a restock!

My KOUNK doesn't fit me

All domestic DAS KOUNK orders are eligible for one free size exchange for 30 days following the delivery of the order.

Email aruharuapparel@gmail.com with the subject "order #(your number) exchange" to begin the exchange process.

International orders and orders placed outside of the continental US must pay return shipping on exchanges.

Refund my KOUNK

All refunds are subject to a $8 shipping and restocking fee.

Email aruharuapparel@gmail.com with the subject "order #(your number) refund" to begin the refund process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less the $8 shipping and restocking fee.
